**Customer Support Specialist**

Caraluzzi's is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer service requests and assist customers with technical aspects of using our ecommerce services.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who has computer experience and is able to troubleshoot and problem solve. This position will serve as the customer service hub for all Caraluzzi's Markets and Caraluzzi's Wine & Spirits locations.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email

* Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of online ordering including curbside, delivery, catering and gift card orders.

* Assist with customer account creation and the checkout process of online orders.

* Assist customers with cancelling or editing orders, providing credit or refunds when necessary.

* Inform customers about new features and functionalities

* Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

* Communicate with the proper departments regarding customer service issues.

* Gather useful customer feedback and share with our team members

* Share effective workarounds and solutions with team members

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

* Sound judgement and excellent problem-solving skills

* Must be able to multi-task and follow through on all tasks

* A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

Job is based out of Newtown and Danbury.
