The Business Analysts at Culligan will play a critical role in enabling growth by optimizing business processes, identifying new technology breakthroughs, and leading successful execution. A successful Business Analyst will maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end business process, monitor the system landscape to understand gaps in the current tools and, as relevant, lead the full process to select, implement, and successfully realize the benefits of a system or process upgrade.
This role entails bringing consistency and standardization to diverse Business Units within Culligan, managing change processes effectively, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain process and system landscape overview for assigned department(s), monitoring key metrics for efficiency.
- Act as a trusted partner to assigned department(s), aligning with their business goals and contributing to initiatives.
- Organize and standardize Business Units within the enterprise dealer framework.
- Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) in collaboration with dealer group.
- Drive adoption of standardized processes within groups.
- Streamline prioritization processes across teams.
- Monitor end-user system usage, identifying trends and engagement opportunities.
- Design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Provide training sessions and content to support end-user utilization.
- Coordinate new feature/functionality rollouts and communications.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Lead project coordination between departments, IT, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Gather requirements for system changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Prepare management reports tracking deliverables and system usage KPIs against roadmap.
Requirements:

Must have:
- 4-year degree in related field (or relevant experience).
- Prior experience working in or with Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Prior experience working with organizations such as Dealer/Franchise, OEM, and Retail business models.
- At least 7 years Business Analyst experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.
- Humility to learn the business and current state processes.
- Effective time management and value-based prioritization.
- Honesty and integrity in all facets of the role, owning and learning from mistakes.
- Mature presence and poise to engage with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in coordinating CAB activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting decisions and action items.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders from various departments to gather change requests and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Nice to have:
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience with specific Salesforce packages such as Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or PowerBI.
- IIBA, PMI or PMI-PBA certified.
- Integration experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript.
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements.
