Motorcycle Range Aide works with the Director of Traffic Safety & Licensing, and the Motorcycle Rider Coaches to ensure the motorcycles are mechanically safe and ready for the Motorcycle Safety Beginner Riders Class.

Class runs every weekend beginning April to mid-October.

This class has a strong emphasis on rider safety and risk management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensure supplies are available to students and instructors, this includes motorcycles, helmets, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, etc.
Bring the ice water to the range.
Assist instructors as needed, moving cones, etc.
Keep all of the bikes clean & in good working order. Every class each bike is to be inspected using T-CLOC.
Bikes need to be returned to storage at the end of the day.
Sunday: clean up the range, move barrels to the front of the Physical Plant building, and remove trash.
Fuel the motorcycles and put them in storage.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Education or GED.
Mechanical aptitude.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Motorcycles.
Current Valid motorcycle license.
