Welder/Fabricator23.00-28.00 per hour!!!!Job Overview:Candidates will be serving as a welder in a shop setting on stainless steel.Candidate will be performing flux core and MIG welding on stainless steel.As a welder, employees are constantly performing various welding styles while working on steel.Welders will be working with manufacturing blueprints to complete work on a daily basis.Job Responsibilities:Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining aluminum/steel metals to specifications.Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.Determining correct gas ratios for welding purposes.Diagnosing and troubleshooting as required.Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 plus years of experience in welding position2 years of experience with Flux Core and MIG WeldingSound understanding of welding safetyWillingness to be welding certified through companyAbility to read and interpret blueprints accuratelyAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyEnvironment:1st shift8 hour shiftsWelding GearSteel toe boots, jeans/work pantsManufacturing FacilityBenefits & Perks:Medical/Vision/Dental insuranceHealth Savings/Reimbursement23.00-28.00 per hourCareer advancementPromote within cultureAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
