Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a confident understanding of the client's brand, sales promotions, and product knowledge.
- Execute in-store presentations to increase sales and customer awareness.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to all customers.
- Engage with clients to optimize compliance.
- Close sales and achieve weekly targets.
- Collaborate and enhance sales campaigns based on industry needs and time of the year.
- Attend paid training when new technology surfaces.
Qualifications:
- We offer on-site training, therefore we do not require a degree.
- Sales, marketing, and management experience preferred but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Must live in Honolulu, HI or plan on relocating within 4 weeks of offer. (This is an on-site role, we do not offer remote positions at this time.)
