**Customer Service Manager - Print Industry**

**Job Description****ABC Imaging is a global printing, media, and technology company. The environment is very fast-paced and deadline oriented. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is key:
* Oversee customer service department, serving as primary point of contact for all
customer service inquires, sales, and escalations
* Monitor jobs in production and communicates with team regarding special
instructions, proofs, and shipping info
* Contact clients with questions regarding specifications and/or questions of job
submitted
* Track production jobs from start to delivery and follow-up
with clients to ensure projects were completed to their satisfaction
* Maintain contact wit h clients to drive future business
* Provide price quotes for clients
* Other duties as assigned
**Skills/Experience**
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
* 3 5 years direct customer service or related experience
* Superior customer service ability and experience in working with clients both over
the phone and in person
* Stellar creative problem solving skills
* Highly developed organizational ability
* Solutions focused - demonstrated ability to solve problems efficiently
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and head multiple projects
simultaneously without losing focus
* Ability to speak knowledgably regarding company capabilities and make
recommendations based on client needs.
