After a successful launch in NYC, S'more is coming to Chicago to continue its exciting growth! We are a team of experienced builders and dreamers from diverse backgrounds, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented social media specialist to join our team and help us create compelling content and continue building our social presence.
We re looking for:
A bold and innovative creator who lives and breathes TikTok / Instagram Reels. If you're someone who thrives on creativity, embraces the latest trends, and loves trying out different styles, this role is perfect for you. We value authenticity and want someone who can captivate others via storytelling while remaining genuine. Experience in shooting and editing videos is essential, and a sense of humor is a huge plus!
What you will do:
- video content for events and experiences: conceptualize, film, and edit short videos.
- and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
- and identify emerging trends and test out new formats / styles
- with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and customer service to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
Requirements:
Proficiency in shooting and editing videos.
Creativity and outside-of-the-box thinking are crucial (as a new brand, when we say creative, we mean it!)
A strong passion for content creation with a deep understanding of the latest trends and internet culture.
Ability to capture people's attention and engage with audiences as a skilled storyteller.
Comfortable in front of the camera, with a genuine and authentic presence.
