Do you have experience:
* Providing customer service
* Computer skills including proficiency in Windows and MS Office
* Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and multi task
* Ability to focus with some amount of distraction while remaining polite, courteous and professional while dealing with difficult customers
