As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all airline-related operations, administration, scheduling, employee relations and training, and more. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a management role. Requirements for the General Manager / Operations Manager:
5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Experience within the Airline, Operations, or Hospitality industry, preferred
Background in preparation of budgets and financial reports
Experience in safety requirements compliance, including equipment, facility/work environment, PPE
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to work fully on-site in Tampa
Compensation for the General Manager / Operations Manager:
Direct Hire
Location: 100% on-site in Tampa, Florida
Pay: $65-75K/year (Depending on Experience)
