Marketing Admin

This individual works closely with customers and internal personnel and will manage and resolve technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative and discretion.
  • Resolve problems independently within guidelines.
  • Manage multiple project tasks.
  • Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customer and to company departments.
  • Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope.
  • Tracks performance, maintains and monitors customer metrics and reports results.
  • Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned.
  • Identifies risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develops, proposes and coordinates for internal review.
  • Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines.
  • Support long-term contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation.
  • Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers.
  • Recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow up.
  • Handles and communicates Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required.
  • Computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.

The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,344-95,542
