IDR is looking for a Shared Services Specialist for on of our biggest healthcare clients in the Brentwood, TN area! This will be a HYBRID, contract position! If you have customer support/administrative experience, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal departments and/or vendors to resolve teammate account issues
- Analyze support-tracking data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to general ordering or Oracle iProcurement; suggest solutions; notify management; implement corrective actions as approved
- Manage a shared inbox for the Supplier Outreach Team.
- Assist with a variety of Purchasing team projects and tasks as assigned
- Assist with supplier or product transitions as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
- Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in responding to phone calls and emails
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to teammate needs
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support/Administrative position
- Microsoft Outlook Competency required
- WebEx and/or Microsoft Teams Video conferencing competency required.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
