Production Associate
W2 Contract to Hire
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm

We are a medical device company located in Richmond, IL. We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for assisting operations supervisor in all aspects of production, running machines, packaging, quality checks and problem solving. A Slides Associate is a key component in producing quality products for our customers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks in different cells within the Slides Department.
- Follow the production schedule set by Operations Supervisor.
- Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
- Contribute to the production of quality product by following all defined quality procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Perform quality control testing on all equipment
- Follow work instructions and workflow diagrams
- Ensure workflow is continuous
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following all Company safety policies and procedures.
Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a factory setting packaging, QC testing, machine operations
Competencies/Behaviors
- Problem solving skills
- Medical Quality background experience
- Mechanical aptitude
