**Office Manager Broome & Derby / Property Manager Team Leader**
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall running of both offices on a day to day basis and work closely with all departments. As part of the Office Managers Role the successful candidate will also be required to lead the Property Management Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall running of both offices on a day to day basis and work closely with all departments. As part of the Office Managers Role the successful candidate will be required to lead the Property Management Team and will be responsible for all training and mentoring of the Property Management Team. Specifically you will also responsible for the driving of Property Management Departmental Growth for both offices.
The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, have outstanding time management skills, strong attention to detail and a great understanding of client and customer service. They must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, understand the importance of team development and an eagerness to embrace change and new technology in our fast-paced industry.
