**Experienced payroll professional needed for a well established** **manufacturer's** **payroll team.**
**Job Overview**
+ Efficiently and accurately process both union and non-union payrolls, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Leverage advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze payroll data, create reports, and maintain accurate records.
+ Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring accurate tax calculations, proper reporting, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
+ Analyze and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
+ Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into payroll data and trends.
**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
+ Preferred Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
+ Preferred experience working ADP
+ Proven expertise in processing high volume payroll.
+ Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
