Position Overview


As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various family law matters. You will have the opportunity to work remotely allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively. You must have at least two to three years of experience in litigation with exceptional writing and analytical skills. To be a key player on our team, you must be dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:


Meeting with clients to learn their goals and serve as the principal contact between the firm and its


clients.

Communicating promptly to ensure the client is kept updated on the progress of their matter.

Setting case strategy, legal strategy, and performing tasks needed to drive the case to milestones and timely resolution.

Available to appear on behalf of and advocate for clients during deposition, mediation, meetings, hearings, and trials in the Central Florida area.

Approving and filing final court documents under signature.

Helping to manage other team members to help them close out cases.

Other requirements include the following:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Fluent in Spanish to work with large percentage of client base who speaks Spanish.

Conveys confidence in the courtroom.

Shows empathy and compassion to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult times.

Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and creativity in resolving cases.


We strive to help our staff achieve their professional goals while also expecting the expertise necessary to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding. Training in family law will be provided by the firm if the candidate has some form of extensive litigation experience in another practice area.


How to Apply

Salary is in the range of $80,000 to $100,000.00 commensurate with skill and experience. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
