We are currently seeking a candidate who is comfortable in a factory environment and has a strong knowledge of electrical wiring for a client in Kent, Ohio!

In this position, you will be working with a company that designs trailers that are optimized through their advanced designs to reduce weight, optimize payloads, and increase customers' overall profitability. Do they sound like a good fit for you? Read on!

Shift:

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 3:30PM

Pay:

• $19 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment using safe work habits
• Meet / exceed production timelines / goals
• Install wiring / hydraulics to units in production
• Detect faulty operation of equipment / defective materials
• Examine work pieces for defects
• Lay out / position / align / secure parts using straightedges / combination squares / calipers / rulers
• Be able to read / analyze engineering drawings / blueprints / specifications / sketches / work orders / material safety data sheets
• Mark / tag material with proper job number / piece marks as required
• Clean / degrease parts using wire brushes / portable grinders / chemical baths.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Able to work overtime / weekends as required
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring / installation
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics / installation
• Ability to accurately read / interpret drawings / prints
• Ability to accurately use / read precision measuring instruments
• Ability to stand / walk / crawl / climb for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work at heights of up to 15 feet
• 100% of time is spent in a factory environment with noise, dust and mechanical operations.
