Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative located in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area or Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for marketing and managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, assisting with insurance claims, and supporting the sales team. This role will can be located in Lafayette or Baton Rouge, but will also include flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- 2+ insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance software and systems
- P&C Insurance license
