The Clinical Director oversees all aspects, including leading the managers within the Center and implementing the strategic plan to continue the development and expansion of programs. The ideal candidate will have experience leading various types of programs, a clear commitment to diversity, strong leadership skills, prior leadership and working experience in programs that work with refugees and immigrants, and a demonstrated passion for values that align with our client s values.
The Clinical Director directs the provision of quality care and services delivered. In addition, this position will oversee a multidisciplinary team in a comprehensive, collaborative manner with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity and in accordance with care guidelines.
Requirements:
Master's degree in a license eligible field. Preferred: Doctoral degree in a license eligible field.Five years of experience providing behavioral health services.Five years supervisory/management experience.Licensure in behavioral health field: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC or LMFT from another state and interested in obtaining Colorado licensure.Strong understanding of theoretical issues related to clinical treatment.Treatment philosophy consistent with the organization's goals.Excellent management and communication skills.Trained and experienced in screening, assessment and treatment of mental health and substance abuse concerns.
