Key Responsibilities
- Manage the process and team as related to shipping and warehouse functions
- Manage drivers, routing, scheduling, shipping and receiving incoming materials
- Ensure drivers can execute on schedules and locations
- Manage the order process including making sure they are picked and completed
- Manage timecards and administrative tasks related to shipping and warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
- At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in construction, logistics, building & materials
- Some management and supervisory experience, even if not a formal title
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation and Hours
- This is an hourly position paying between $23/hr and $25/hr dependent upon experience
- Hours for this position are generally Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
