Job Details
Qualifications
- Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and a member in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following divorce, legal separation, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, maintenance, child support, orders of protection, and other related matters.
- Responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving daily court appearances, legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and routine communication with clients
