D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Internet Sales Specialist for their Sales and Marketing Department.The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies and provide same day, immediate email/phone responses
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads and set appointments for leads to meet with an on-site sales agent
  • Track appointments made and kept as well as sales generated from appointments
  • Provide consistent follow-up with all leads via phone, text and email and document all interactions in customer management database
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email and mail
  • Identify marketing opportunities through customer and agent interactions
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining weekly traffic reports
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
  • Maintain current plan and lot pricing; hard copies, internet and HSA
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • Attend weekly and monthly sales and marketing meetings
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a valid Washington State Real Estate License.

Must be able to work weekends, overtime and travel overnight

Must have regular and reliable transportation and attendance

Annual salary $60,000 - $65,000 (DOE) plus commission.
