Bunzl Processor Division currently has an opening for a Customer Service/Catalog Sales Representative dealing with business owners and key decision makers. The person in this position will sell supplies to business establishments or individuals over the telephone. ***Responsibilities:***

* Answer questions for customers regarding the products, credit terms, and delivery terms

* Compiles and maintains resource files on product information to quickly service customers

* Respond to inbound calls to take orders and/or generates sales leads

* Make outbound calls to new or established customers in an effort to introduce new products and increase sales

* Identify and close sales opportunities with customers

* Actively manage assigned accounts to ensure growth and excellent customer service

* Investigates and resolves customer problems with products, invoicing, and/or deliveries by working with other departments, outside agencies, and the customer

* Uses the AS/400 system to access the customer's account, gain information, and place orders

* Enter new data and other sales information into the customer's computer database

***Requirements:***

* High School or diploma equivalent

* Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 2 years related experience in a sales service environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience in a distribution environment preferred

* Applicants should be articulate, and be able to adapt to all types of situations in a fast paced environment

* Ability to work on multiple projects and be able to take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed

* Ability to cross-train in the functions of other departments to be able to handle problems and/or situations quickly and efficiently

* Must have outstanding analytical, organization and oral/written communication skills

* Must be able to multi-task, be detailed oriented, and have a positive team oriented attitude
