This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our online presence across various platforms including Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, other retail marketplaces, and our website. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in e-commerce strategy and operations, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

Job Description: As the E-Commerce Manager at Kuhn Rikon USA, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our online sales channels. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, including comprehensive management of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, as well as other retail marketplaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our online and offline sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy across all platforms including Amazon (Vendor and Seller Central), other retail marketplaces, and the Kuhn Rikon USA website.
  • Manage product listings, content creation, and updates across all online platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Analyze marketplace data and customer insights to optimize listings, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with e-commerce activities, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Oversee inventory and order management to ensure timely fulfillment and compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, with specific expertise in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of additional online retail platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
