- Business Development skills, and experience supporting brokers and traders
- Strong understanding of financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements and knowledge of an Ags product area
- A strong network of relationships with Commodity (Grain) Producers across North America
- A track record of executing trades effectively and achieving best execution.
The successful candidate will be expected to actively seek and acquire new business and new clients for the Ags execution and listed business, whilst supporting senior brokers in admin and client related tasks.
