**Job Expectations:**

* Supervise delivery of all material coming in and leaving the warehouse. Coordinate ETAs for delivery and flagging any potentially late deliveries.

* Oversee procedures for loading and unloading of products

* May from time to time have to help unload trucks and or help with deliveries

* Make material runs for material shortages on active jobsites. Some local travel to pick up parts and supplies.

* Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization. Organize the product in the warehouse and keep maintain shipping/receiving area.

* Manage weekly and monthly counts on inventory ensuring accuracy for job site costs and available material in inventory.

* Manage vendors / service providers in relation to maintenance or projects within facility

* Ensure that employees adhere to all health and safety regulations. Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and hazardous materials

* Assist with projects on occasion

* Assist in the building maintenance including but not limited to snow removal, minor building repairs, cleaning etc.

**Experience/Skills/Qualifications:**

* Ability to operate a desktop computer and related peripherals

* Extended periods of sitting or standing

* Work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures at times

* Ability to work occasional overtime

* Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40lbs.

* Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day.

* Able to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel.

* Valid drivers license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
