What is the position?

The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and functionality of quality systems collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain company standards.


What are the responsibilities?

As a Quality Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Quality Systems Manager to oversee quality systems operations.
  • Collaborate with project inspectors on field auditing.
  • Conduct document audits with construction managers and field accountants.
  • Be responsible for continuous improvement metrics.
  • Interpret specifications for construction.
  • Utilize quality tools for corrective action and Non-Conformance Report Resolution: Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, 8-D and/or Fishbone).
  • Travel 75% to various project sites.


What are the requirements?

  • Associate's Degree
  • 5+ years experience
  • Quality Auditor Certification (ISO 9001) or Quality Engineer Certification (ASQ) preferred
  • Gas experience
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Knowledge of Cost of Poor Quality Calculations (COPQ)
  • Understanding of basic quality tools
  • Computer skills
  • Familiarity with managing root cause analysis, corrective action, and dealing with nonconforming reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, detail-oriented, and creative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
