The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Unit Secretary for our Healthcare Center; who is customer and patient focused and wants to be a part of a Healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy. Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus. We are currently looking for a Part-time Unit Secretary. .

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:
- Part-Time: Monday Friday, 3:30pm to 8:30pm
Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule doctor appointments and transportation
- Maintain nursing form files, and update as necessary
- Answer telephone and collect faxes in a timely manner
- Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures
- Assist with room readiness for new admission
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Two years prior experience in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
