Key Responsibilities:
- The role is for A Desktop Support opening.
- Looking for someone with an analyst approach.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Windows 10 experience
- Citrix experience
- Virtual Machine support experience
- Large Enterprise background experience
- MS Teams experience
- Troubleshooting - finding the root cause and what the solution is
- PowerShell scripting and mobile support are both nice to-haves.
- Client OS support experience is also nice to have.
