Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output.What you will do:Blueprint Reading and Interpretation:Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.Utilize written instructions to accurately complete assembly tasks.Tool Operation:Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely.Inventory Management:Maintain an organized inventory of products in work stations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for.Quality Control:Perform quality checks on work, identifying and recording any product defects.Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.Safety and Cleanliness:Adhere to quality standards and established safety procedures at all times.Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure a productive work environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Capable of working in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.Technical Proficiency:Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.Attention to Detail:Keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure high-quality assembly.Precision in following engineering specifications and instructions.Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot and rework products as needed to meet quality standards.Physical Stamina:Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing for extended periods.Safety Awareness:Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.Work Environment:This role involves working in environments that may vary from standard to non-standard conditions. It requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to adapt to different working conditions.Qualifications your must have:Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
