Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts together as shown on the prints with limited supervision.
- Has a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Works on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
- Utilizes basic Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices where applicable.
- Uses/sets-up machines, such as arbor presses, stripping machines, crimping machines, torques wrenches/drivers, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
- Able to use SAP - ME effectively and routinely.
- Has a good understanding of the Non-conformance (NC) process in ME.
- Able to achieve CPI times to complete device builds.
- Able to train others at on Assembler Level 1 & 2 basic devices.
- Good overall build performance with minimum errors.
- Programming devices as required.
- Performs peer/in-process inspection in accordance with company policies.
- IPC solder skills preferred
