Job Details

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembles parts together as shown on the prints with limited supervision.
  • Has a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Works on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
  • Utilizes basic Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices where applicable.
  • Uses/sets-up machines, such as arbor presses, stripping machines, crimping machines, torques wrenches/drivers, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
  • Able to use SAP - ME effectively and routinely.
  • Has a good understanding of the Non-conformance (NC) process in ME.
  • Able to achieve CPI times to complete device builds.
  • Able to train others at on Assembler Level 1 & 2 basic devices.
  • Good overall build performance with minimum errors.
  • Programming devices as required.
  • Performs peer/in-process inspection in accordance with company policies.
  • IPC solder skills preferred
