Min Payrate $21.00 - Max Payrate $ 21.00

6:00 am - 3:30 pm , we work 9/80 schedule. M-TH: 9 hours, Friday = 8 hours, following week M-TH: 9 hours and Friday OFF

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

" Responsible for ensuring that Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities.
" Comply with all work and process instructions.
" Participate in 5S cell efforts and continuous improvement.
" Identify improvement opportunities.
" Ability to lift up to and including 50 pounds.
" Utilization of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task associated with the job.
" Ability to work safe and report all near misses, illnesses, and injuries following established procedures.
" Obtain and maintain Certified Operator Status to meet the required level of certified elements - 4
" Properly manage the traceability of components to ensure accuracy.


" This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:
" Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience OR 1 year of military experience
" US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred:
" HS Diploma or Associates Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology
" Assembly or Test experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
" Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Cellular Manufacturing, One Piece Flow, and Continuous Improvement concepts
" Experience with various types of industrial machinery equipment and tools such as lathe s, curing ovens, thermal and/or life cycling machines, sanding and industrial painting tools, as well as standard hand tools are a plus.
