Product Manager - MindLabs by Explore Interactive

Job Details

Explore Interactive seeks a talented and self-driven product manager to join our team in creating next generation learning games and technology solutions. The product manager role will work intimately with an interdisciplinary team of professionals and play a key role in the usability and success of our first-in-class educational augmented reality games.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate to drive MindLab s product strategy, including owning project plan for grant required features
Collaborate with our external contractors, internal developers, and educational research teams to drive business results
Use data analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, and competitive context to help frame product requirements
Clearly communicate the MindLabs product roadmap to senior leadership and other distributors
Deeply understand the needs of the educator and the K-12 education ecosystem
Setup, run, and operationalize the QA process
Be required to travel within the US up to once quarterly for multiple day team meetings

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of product operations, technology consulting, business operations or strategy experience
Experience working with product analytic tools and feature rollouts.
Experience writing release guides
Experience defining metrics and making operations and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and/or qualitative feedback
Entrepreneurial spirit; you have a track record of starting project and an owner s mentality
Experience working in an iterative software development environment with release cadences
Proficient with Jira, SmartSheets or another scrum/kanban tool

Bonus Points

2+ years of experience as a product manager for an educational or augmented reality product
Experience in a startup environment
Experience using Aha! product suite
Based in one of our office locations in Indiana, California, or New York
Been a founder or early contributor to a new venture
