a part time **Retail Associate** for our **Washington** **Store**!

A Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to retail customers, donor customers, client customers, and internal Goodwill customers. This position is responsible for performing specific tasks as assigned to maintain attractive, inviting, visually appealing sore areas which are fully replenished, neatly merchandised, and free of clutter. You will perform specific tasks as assigned to maintain a clean, neat, and organized store, including parking lots, retail space, donation areas, dressing rooms, and rest rooms. A Retail Associate will perform specific janitorial and maintenance duties as assigned, as well as assist with price checks, shopping cart collection, and other duties as assigned to support a positive customer experience. This position will attend monthly safety meetings and emergency drills, as well as receive material donated at the store and process items as assigned, including items for in-store use, organizing material to be shipped to the warehouse, and book-scanning.

A Retail Associate has a starting wage range from **$8.73 to $9.68/hour** depending on experience. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture. **The schedule may vary and include a variation of days, evenings, and weekends.** Flexibility is a must.
