Brand Manager

Our client, a US company that markets and distributes over-the-counter healthcare and personal care products, is passionate about offering innovative and quality products to customers around the globe. For generations, their trusted brands have helped consumers care for themselves and their loved ones. The Brand Manager will lead strategy and execution for two flagship businesses in the portfolio, with responsibility for driving top line and profit growth. This marketer must be able to work in a fast-paced, self-managed environment. Prior CPG brand marketing experience is REQUIRED.


Job Duties:

  • Lead brand plan development and P&L management to achieve company P/L targets
  • Manage advertising, programs, promotions, and market research, collaborating with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior results
  • Manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs including timelines, budgets, and analysis
  • Use consumer-driven insights to drive long-term brand growth, profitable marketing initiatives, and product innovation
  • Develop selling proposition and sufficient retail launch support plans
  • Lead consumption-based data analysis to identify opportunities in markets with unmet needs
  • Provide sales organization with materials for retailer presentations, working closely with category managers
