JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
* Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification.
* Minimum of 18 months experience as an ICU RN within the last year.
* Epic charting experience.
* Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
* Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
* Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
* Experience with Covid ICU protocols, CRRT and/or ECMO are a plus.
