LHH is currently seeking a Business Systems Specialist to support our client's strategic initiatives in cloud systems administration, user support, and workflow development. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient, reliable business systems aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Administer various cloud-based systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Develop and optimize complex workflows using Excel and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Provide proactive user support and troubleshoot system-related queries.
- Manage system integration to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and workflows, leading training sessions for users.
- Oversee projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices in business systems management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in business systems management, with focus on cloud systems and workflow development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, ADP, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing IT or business system projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
