We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote and restore residents health. You will work with a variety of residents, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required. Our pay rate just increased by $2 AND we are still offering excellent differentials!
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Identify patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
Resolve or report on residents needs or problems
Pass medications and perform treatments
Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services. Enter orders and perform assessments.
Treat medical emergencies
Follow care regulations and standards
Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
Registered Nurse (RN) Skills:
Proven nursing experience
Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Compassionate with good communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Current nursing license - Can assist in getting Emergency COVID IL license if out-of-state license is what you have.
