We are a growing company founded on Christian principles looking for highly engaged professionals to join our team! This position will be based at our headquarters in Boyd, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Produce documents in various digital formats as needed
  • Various administrative and office tasks
  • Customer service
  • Able to multi-task in busy environment
  • All other assigned tasks


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Adobe, Excel
  • Able to maintain professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Must have Administrative Assistant experience
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus
