**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a **Warehouse Clerk** who will be responsible for counting, sorting, and weighing incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examining stock to verify conformance to specifications, and storing articles in appropriate location. The warehouse clerk will fill orders or issue supplies from stock, and prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock. In addition, this person will also be responsible for assisting the RMA Department as needed.

This position will be out of our **Ontario, CA** office reporting to the Manager of Facilities & IT.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

* Receive materials and RMAs

* Stock Inventory

* Prepare packing for shipment

* Clean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock

* Pull materials against orders, assemble, pack for delivery

* Update stock records to ensure availability of items

* Sort material according to serial number

* Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventory of warehouse

* Perform product final mechanical inspection prior to packing

* Perform cable testing

* General assembly - kitted material

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION:**

Minimum of High school degree or equivalent

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**

* 1-3 years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience

* ERP/inventory management system experience preferred

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:**

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10

* Ability to use PC for data entry, timesheets, etc.

* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Familiar with domestic and overseas courier services

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use fax machines, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of lifting 80 pounds.
