???? The Gig: As the Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the operations of three unique dining experiences under our Kahler Hospitality umbrella. Responsibilities:
????????? Your Role:
Leading a talented team of restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and fun.
Overseeing daily operations across all three restaurants, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef and other stakeholders to develop tantalizing menus that showcase local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit capacity.
Proven track record of leadership, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, service standards, and financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
