  • Issue parts to BRS employees in a way that demonstrates a high level of customer service
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory counts are correct
  • Work efficiently with the mill computer operating system especially as it relates to issuing warehouse parts
  • Perform daily inspections of the warehouse
  • Organize the warehouse in a way that contributes to efficiency
  • Effectively work with required PPE
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout the work area and grounds
  • Perform cross training within the warehouse to accomplish an understanding of all positions
  • Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvements efforts
  • Maintain flexibility regarding work schedule to include filling in for coworkers during their absence
Preferred Skills:
  • Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and specifics
  • Strong technical and analytical/problem solving skills/mechanically inclined/computer skills/highly organized
  • Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player
  • Strong communication/verbal skills and computer literate
  • Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
  • Previous related experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
