**Description**
Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including CRYSTALYX, SWEETLIX, ULTRALYX and STOCKADE Brands, in addition to a number of controlled and private labels. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Flemingsburg, KY team in the role of Warehouse Lead. Hours for this full-time position are 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.
**Responsibilities**
Primary responsibilities for this position include the following: load trucks with finished products within established time parameters; document all shipments in/out and update AX as required; place finished product in warehouse as directed and rotate stock as required by policy; and follow all safety rules. This position will operate forklifts, electric hand cart, manual pallet jack, and hand cart to load/unload trucks and material movement within the plant along with moving product from holding area to wrapping station and placement in warehouse racks.
**Requirements**
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, possess basic math skills, and be able operate a forklift; shipping experience preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and/or walk throughout the entire shift and be able to lift and/or carry 35 50 lbs. occasionally.
