**Server, $1,000 Sign On Bonus, Lodge Kohler**

**Opportunity**
Ensure that all guests are served to the standard in the Restaurant / Bar / Banquet areas. Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per the standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
* Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.
* Greet guests.
* Clear and reset table settings and linens, as needed.
* Perform basic cleaning tasks.
* Serve food and beverage per the course of order.
* Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
* Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).
* Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests.
This is a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 10:30am and 10:00pm.
**Skills/Requirements**
* Safe Serve Certified, as applicable.
* Previous experience as a server, preferred.
