Seeking a Dynamic Senior IT Asset Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Asset Manager to join our client's team and take a leadership role in managing the lifecycle of technology assets. This position plays a key role in the strategic management of both software and hardware assets, ensuring compliance with business needs and vendor contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and procedures.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology assets, from acquisition through disposal.
- Manage software licensing, maintenance agreements, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology spend and ensure efficient use of IT assets.
- Provide strategic leadership in the procurement and disposal of technology assets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong background in IT service management software and tools.
- Has proven experience in designing and implementing IT asset management strategies within a large organization.
- Experience with specific ITAM software such as ServiceNow, SCCM, SolarWinds, etc
