**Summary:**
Direct activities as part of the operations team by performing the following duties personally or through delegating to subordinate associates. Ensure internal lead times are kept and cycle times are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for holding team members accountable for their areas of responsibilities, including following all standard operating procedures, owning inventory integrity, and overall accuracy and security of carrier transfers. Works closely with the team to adjust to changing work load.
**Primary Duties**:
Holds team accountable to policies and processes
Drive doc organization, pallet and workflow
May overlook carrier unloading & load integrity noting exceptions
May overlook inbound & outbound process integrity
Identify, perform RCA, and solve issues real-time
Drive intensity, accountability and productivity for receiving dock
Maintain workflow to ensure maximum productivity
Identify & resolve bottlenecks in cycle time real time
Follow and coach to inventory integrity SOP
Work with Operations to develop and implement process improvement
Drive all cut-times for common carrier, OT and ecommerce
Monitor carrier scheduling & appointments
Ensuring aisle staging does not impede lift productivity
Ensure all inbound pallets are scanned to proper locations
Perform other responsibilities as requested
Requirements 1+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to be on your feet for entire shift
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds regularly)
Adaptable and flexible to organizational workflow needs
Display reliable attendance
Basic computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Understand and respond to written and verbal instructions
