**Regional Sales Manager**
Remote - Danvers, MA **Key Results of this position will be to:**
* Create and execute on a strategic sales plan for a specific regional market in NA
* Strengthen the distributor channels and relationships to enable repeat sales potential
* Ensure new business opportunity goals are met quarterly
* Achieve all quarterly and annual sales goals
* Broaden the Banner Stakes brand awareness with new distributors across sectors
* Develop new vertical distribution channels for new products
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 5+ years successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in selling Safety products and/or Industrial MRO products
* A strong business sense and understanding of the Safety, MRO, Jan San, and Healthcare markets
* Experience working with distributors, end-users, and manufacturing rep groups
* Business development skills utilizing digital tools like CRM, Zoom Info, LinkedIn + social media
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (in person and virtual) and follow-through
* Ability to travel up to 75% (on the road and air travel)
