Job Details
We have an opening for Aerospace Quality Instructor to support a large aerospace manufacturing client in Everett, WA. The instructors are teaching onsite 1st (6 a.m. 2:30 p.m.) and 2nd shift (3 p.m. 11:30 p.m.) shifts and need to be available for either shift. The content is already created so the instructors are not responsible for creating the content.
Typical Courses include the following:
- Quality Inspection: Electrical Injection Seals
- Quality Inspection: Electrical Splices
- Quality Inspection: Body Seal
- Quality Inspection: Aircraft Tubing
- Quality Inspection: Integral Fuel Tank Seal
- Quality Assurance Basics
- Assembly and Installation Drawings
- Quality Inspection: Electrical Unpressurized Route and Clamp
- Quality Inspection: Lockwire and Cotter Pin Installation
- Quality Inspection: Mechanical Hole Tolerance
Qualifications:
- Understanding of aerospace manufacturing systems (process planning, installation plans, etc.)
- Aircraft experience in the following areas a plus; electrical, fuel tank installation/sealing and tubing installation
- Understanding of CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System) a plus
- Manage basic technology to deliver.
- Prior experience working for an Aerospace company desired.
