**This position requires a person providing a key role in the delivery process, demonstrating operation of the unit to purchaser on day of sale, ensuring a smooth transition from dealership to customer.**

After moving to West Greeley in the summer of 2020, we now call our brand new, 15-acre RV Supercenter home! *Key Responsibilities:*
*This position reports to the Finance Manager(s)*
* Provide a forward-facing reflection of the fun, unique culture of our company.
* Assist with coordinating sold units in preparation of delivery day for customers, ensuring unit is ready for delivery.
* Demonstrate operation of campers, I.E: stove, refrigerator, stairs, hitch, generator, etc., and explain the how tos and how not tos of ownership during delivery walk through.
* Explain hooking up and proper hitch procedures.
* Assemble and installing E2 hitches for clients as needed/required
* Make sure client knows proper settings and use of brake controllers as applicable.
* Verify lights and proper hook up is completer for safety of client and others, ensuring EVERYTHING is safe and legal.
* Ensure proper placement and display of temporary tags.
* Ensure Service and Parts department are well informed as to the expectations of the client, and the deal, so delivery day goes smoothly for all parties.
* Create a fun and enthusiastic environment according to TGORV guidelines during walkthrough, ensuring clients maintain enthusiasm for their purchase, and their high regard for TGORV, as best in class in the industry.
* Provide a list of items necessary to the client to have to properly use their camper to its potential.
* Acquire a photo of the clients with their new camper for social media celebration postings.
* Request an online review from clients; (Google/Yelp/Facebook) and follow up to confirm 5-star rating.
* Other Duties as assigned.
