Job Details:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
• Pay Range - $20-$26/hr

Property Maintenance Technician duties include:

• Perform general repairs that may include, but are not limited to, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors, lights, locks, windows, screens, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, window and door replacement, intermediate plumbing and electrical work.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, kitchen and laundry appliances, and related systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass an MVR check
• Must have a modern smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
• Independent thinker and troubleshooter
• Able to read and understand written instructions in English
