GENERAL INFORMATION:
Central Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical, Flathead Valley leader in HVAC, plumbing and electrical services has a position open for a full-time *Dispatch Service Representative (DSR).*
This successful Candidate must be well rounded and will oversee the overall efficiency of getting our Service Technicians to our customer homes
JOB DUTIES:
The primary task of this job is to properly assign the right technician to match every customer's home service needs. This will
require a complete knowledge of each technician's skill set as they advance in their careers - and what that means for what
they can do for our customers.
Help our team meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls based on which technicians are
available for the day and what the customers need. We will fully train you on the specifics of this task.
Communicate accurate information to technicians so that they can give each customer the best experience possible.
Directing our technicians in the field so that they have what they need and are where they need to be to make each day the
most profitable day it can be. This will require knowledge of our service area.
Stay in contact with our CSR department to keep customers "in the know" about our technicians' status on their ETA's and
project progress.
Keep orderly summaries and reports of all that transpires on jobs so that you can create regular and accurate reports for our
team's management.
Engage in regular training and role-playing of job scenarios with our team to ensure your career advances and our company
succeeds by staying up to date and ahead of the game.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatcher or CSR is a must.
Have a strong drive for you and your team to succeed so as to be a catalyst within the team.
Experience utilizing good judgment in order to plan and accomplish goals.
Have a clear, distinct voice.
Convey authority, patience and compassion in your communication under a tight schedule.
Be personable and empathetic.
Handle stress in stride and professionally.
Be well-organized and able to follow directions.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base pay D.O.E. Professional On The Job Training Health Insurance - Central pays for the Emplyee and family an be added at additional cost. As a Dispatcher, you would work directly with our CSRs, Service Technicians in the field, & management to bring our customer experiences to a higher level. You would also help improve the career quality of our team by being something of an Offensive Coordinator scheduling the right technicians to the right customers so that everyone wins.
